    Weapons Class

    Channel precision and discipline through traditional weapons training. Students can specialize in classics of Shaolin kung fu such as bo staff, Chinese broadsword, nunchaku, Kali/Escrima sticks, spear, and more. We emphasize safety first, then form, footwork, and flow. Age-appropriate instruction helps every student build confidence, coordination, and respect for the art.

    Our Wing Chun program develops centerline control, timing, and sensitivity through drills, practical self-defense applications, and traditional wooden dummy (Muk Yan Jong) practice. Expect precise coaching, economical movement, and techniques designed to work under pressure.
